Do not sign up for this company if you ever want to cancel!!! I called them on September 9 to cancel, and following up with a letter. I was unable, due to a work situation, to send the certified letter they requested until September 19.
On September 19, at least a week after receiving the written cancellation, they charged us for another month. On October 3, 2 weeks after receiving the certified cancellation, they charged us for ??? - it was triple the monthly fee, and on October 18, they charged for another month.
I am posting this specifically because the only other review of this company had the same problem, and I want people to know that it's obviously not an isolated practice - they just keep charging everyone.
