Mr. Moss helped me on my upcoming surgery. He looked into everything...communicating with doctors in India, costs, etc. After a little time and having the doctors in India review my MRI, they could have easily said I needed surgery. They could have easily taken my funds leaving me out in the cold wondering what to do next. Fortunately I didn't require surgery. I felt comfortable with PH service. This company is actually providing health care at a fraction of the cost in America! From this day forward, I'm talking with Planet Hospital for all my serious medical concerns.

Mr Andrew, thank you so much for your wonderful acknowledgement of our company and I mean this in the nicest way possible of course when I say I hope you never have to use our services ever ;-) . However, I am curious as to why we received 3 stars instead of 5? What could we have done better to get 5 stars from you? We are striving for a 4-5 Star average with our ratings so when we get 3, we see it as failure.
