The constant let downs, lack of timely information, upcoming events is handled by alleged fan based sites. Complaining in threads is treated like blasphemy. The alleged fan moderators take a we must have faith attitude. Psychologically, this is done on
purpose. You can't really complain, or have your voice heard, you'll basically be told by an unaccountable fake fan, actually a customer service rep, you're ungrateful! The sheer manipulation of this is mind boggling.
