Pool Tech Plus installed a swim spa between February and May of 2009. The swim spa has not worked regularly since installation, and Pool Tech Plus has had many excuses about why that is whenever they have been kind enough to return our calls. In addition to several post-installation problems including a leak, we have now been waiting for a part for over a month. During that time, the only time that we have been updated about status is when we call to complain. Pool Tech NEVER acts proactively or on behalf of their customer. A responsible company would work to make sure that their customer received what was paid for and follow up to make sure that the customer was satisfied. More frustrating than the fact that they sell and install inferior products is the fact that they ignore their customers and fail to offer solutions.
