I have received horrible customer service from these guys. They promise you that they will take care of the issue but they never do. If they tell you they will call you back forget about it they never do. If you do get them out to your house they send out unqualified people to work on your spa. They make promises they never keep THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! They take advantage of the fact there very little competition around in Las Cruces. So my advise is buy somewhere else or you will be sorry!
The people that left positive reviews either A. Have not had any issues with there equipment Yet! or B. Are friends with the owners.
