I give these idiots 1 star due to the fact their prices are good, However there customer service/warranty work is a horrible! I needed a part replaced an had to wait 3 months to get this part replaced. One month after the problem was reported to them and the part still had not came in I was told that it was never ordered. O.K. 2nd month came around and I was told they would check on it and call me back. They never did....The third month came around they just showed up at my house to install the part...Hey guess what I wasn't home so they left a business card for me to schedule a install date so I did for the following week. Guess what they never showed up nor did they call. So I finally got them to show up to replace the part...Which they did and when questioned why it was still not working like it was before the part broke they stated that it was working properly. After the serviceman left I then inspected their work only to find that the part was put in backwards. When I contacted them about this they acted like it was no big deal!!!! My suggestion is don't waste your time with these guys they lure you in with the prices and if something breaks well lets just hope you know how to work on the spa yourself.. Good Luck
