Melinda, Kim and staff consistently show me professionalism and commitment to making sure not only I am happy but my pets are happy! Prompt attention to any changes and a quick call to let me know their concerns or suggestions. First time I met Melinda I was struck by her no nonsense attitude and her wonderful sense of humor! That gave me confidence that she was someone I could relate to and trust with my loved ones. She welcomes me home with an written update, a clean box and full bowl! Then, I can enjoy the purrs of my kids!
