This company is a scam. Jill, if that is even her real name, tried to contact me in 2011 regarding a 2009 invoice that wasn't paid. We never ordered any ribbons, they didn't have any proof of shipment, no one would answert the phone calls, you would have to leave a message then they would call right back. Last convo I basically said I am not paying this bill and she basically hung up on me. DO NOT USE
