From what I read from other complaints, ours experience with this company wasn't much different. A phone call trying to talk to someone in charge of ordering supplies. Never speaking with that person, but received a name of a supervisor, then proceeded to send supplies not ordered to that supervisor. Furthermore, they sent a tiny box containing 6 thermal roll and charged over $200.00. Then they tried it again with 12 rolls and charged over $500.00. Thank goodness the later invoice was caught, but the first was not and the Premier Ribbon Supply company refuses to send a refund. You can get a credit or get the supplies, which are way overpriced. They say they are in a cash shortage. We tried calling the owner to find the number was disconnected.
