primecast is horrible and destorying directv

I was a very happy directv customer for over ten years and never had any issues. Then the place I live said I had to use primecast instead of dealing with directv directly. I lost half my channels rite away when primecast took over and it took over a month to fix and countless hours. Directv would always give u credit if you had issues. Primecast just makes excuses. Then my bill was doubled for no reason. I really liked my directv but primecast ruided it. Stay away. Directv needs to pull their service from primcast or they will lose llots of customers
