I have had a terrible experience with this company. Their website is incredibly difficult to use. I spent two days on the phone with tech support and they STILL got my order wrong, only sent me half of it, and wanted to charge me for a cancellation when I told them to forget aboout the rest. (I am doing a trade show and they didnt send me my rack cards, or start processing the order so not sure what I was cancelling....)
They want to charge extra for you to see a proof of what you bought - they charged my card immediately, wanted to charge $150 to ship me my order they screwed up.... I can go on... DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
