I had a horrible experience with this company. They lost my first order in their computer system within 4 hours of ordering, I reordered, they charged my credit card immediately. I wanted to see an email proof before printing and the email proofs they were all wrong. I wanted to cancel the order because I was under a deadline to get the product but the Manager said he would personally see this product would get out the door in time. I responded to all their requests on time, they responded to my requests a day later. Once I OK'd the proofs the email confirmation came that the product would be shipped out 2 days before my trade show - they wanted me to pay an extra $100 for shipping to get the product there in time. I tried to cancel my order, even after I received an email, from the manager, stating I had until the next day to let them know how to proceed, but the manager stated they would refund the shipping NOT the order amount. Frustrated with this whole process I told him to cancel the whole thing. I received an email confirmation that my product had been shipped out at 8pm on the day they said it would be shipped - missed that date for shipping too. One out of the three products arrived and the color is totally wrong. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
