I ordered from this company without checking my sources first, meaning the BBB. When I received my cord for my computer it was in a timely manner. The cord did not fit my computer which is ok mistakes happen, but they have a 30 day return policy, and I have tried to e-mail the e-mail tey gave me, and there has been no response. My thrty days is almost up and I am now etremely upset for whatever reason they refuse to e-mail me back.
