This company has HORRIBLE customer service. I got my trail kit in the mail and loved the product. So I decided to use other products and built a kit with things I wanted to try. Whenever I clicked the "Ship Now" button it said that I would get a confirmation email. That email never came. So I called Proactiv and was told that my account was on hold until April 19th. Which was fine. I called after April 19th and they said that the product would ship and I should be getting it in about 2-3 weeks. April 28th and I called again to ask if my product has been shipped and they said no and asked me to call back on April 30th to see if it was shipped. I canceled my account. I don't have time to keep calling to see where my product is. Proactiv has a great product, however, I cannot deal with the bad customer service and website. I asked for a confirmation # for my cancellation and was told that I would receive an email. Something tells me I will not receive that email. If I get charged I will be furious!
