I worked with Monica Diaz and Krystina Rosen who are both assistants to the escrow officer. The officer left the company in the middle of our transaction and these 2 ladies kept the ball rolling. Escrow closed exactly as scheduled. Amongst the confusion of loosing our escrow officer, Monica and Krystina really stood out. We did get assigned a new escrow officer 2 days before we closed which admittedly made me nervous. But closing was not delayed nonetheless. Thank you Monica & Krystina!
