I have worked with Kathy Otero & her wonderful team on several escrows over the years, & they always continue to amaze.
As a lender it's refreshing and very helpful to have good support around you, & Pure Logic Escrow does that & then some.
I've come in as the buyer's lender on most transactions; but, also now will do my refinance business out of her office now, as they are dynamite with their work & always get back promptly.
