This owner and company is dishonest without ethics or integrity. Chris Van LOO will lie to your face, he will go as far as destroy the system if left unattended in order to up charge to get more money. He will also use a fiance company called Aqua fiance that will put a lien on your home without your knowledge, but you will find out when you refinance your home what he has done. We found out how huge a liar he really was when we called another company to fix a meter he stated could not be fixed unless we paid $695.00 for new and $375.00 if used. The new company fixed the meter for $100.00, the meter Chris Van Loo lied and stated could not be fixed. If you want to save yourself from the lies from the most dishonest owner and company in the Inland empire you will put him or anyone associated with him off your property, and if comes back call the police.. He is a con man with a company!!!!
