We signed with RA Law over a year ago. We were promised "a loan modification we could even afford in retirement." A year later, we were denied based on criteria from a previous attempt at a loan modification. We told RA Law that we had been denied before, and why. They stated they could get us a great loan modification. They failed and now I am fighting to get my $3500.00 back. Not once in the process did I ever even speak to an attorney. It was always a "clerk" and after countless hours of gathering documents and faxing the same documents time and time again, we end up losing our home of 18 years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE CALIFORNIA BAR IS MY NEXT STOP AND I HOPE THEY AUDIT AND SHUT THEM DOWN. They do not know the laws regarding loan modifications and just push the papers to the mortgage company for you. I will NEVER TRUST AN ATTORNEY GROUP AGAIN!!!!!!
