I met Raymond Twinhorse at the Governor's Palace in Santa Fe while I was on vacation. He had a ring that I really liked but wasn't my size. I got his card and told him I'd contact him when I got back to Columbus, Ohio. I don't think he believed me. LOL Ayway, to make a long story short; I ordered it with a certain exotic stone. When I got it I loved it but in time, the stone I ordered changed color. I notified Raymond and he ask me to mail it back to him. I did and he replaced the stone with a beautiful, high quality turquoise and never charged me another dime.
He's a true craftsman, a man of integrity and I plan to purchase more from him in the future. I just wish he had a website!
