Although this company has a great magazine with many helpful hints and inspiring stories, it's dealings with me as a customer left something to be desired. I was bombarded with sweepstakes offers that stated that "no purchase is necessary" in order to enter. However, I felt it was implied that purchase was necessary when the sweepstakes kept imploring me to at least consider ordering just one of their "fine products" before entering to win. Another grievance I have with this company is that when I did order something, especially a book, they saw that as a signal to send me literature that I did not request. To add insult to injury they sent me subsequent bills for these unwanted products with this warning: "pay for the items you ordered".
