Unless you want pure frustration and aggravation for 5 months..find another company to do business with...that's how long it took for them to complete our contract---we responded to an ad that promised screen enclosures in 10 Days. After they take your deposit, they forget about you. It took them a month to apply the permit, which was after numerous calls from me asking about it. The lies start right away, they will tell you they applied for it when they haven't. I verified directly with the city, to catch them in their lies. DAYS AND DAYS of promises that someone will be there, no one ever shows and they don't have the common courtesy to call you. You have to call them, if you're lucky enough that someone answers the phone, more promises they will check and call back. Never happens. I can't tell you how many days they left me hanging and they couldn't care less. The only time you will be treated like a customer should, is when they have done more work than the deposit covers and they want another payment. You can't trust Tony or Elsa, his sister who works in the office. The lies run in the family. RUN, RUN, RUN away from this company.
