Avoid this company
If there was a negative 5 star I would have selected that. Even 1 star is too high for this company. Unfortunately I had to go with them due to Lowe's service plan that I bought and they said this company is the only one that can service my area. The owner who answers all the calls and schedules the appointment does not have a sense of customer service. He actually goes steps beyond to ensure customers are not satisfied let alone making slightest attempt to keep them satisfied. I have a Samsung refrigerator whose ice maker stopped working. The first time the technician came and fixed the ice maker. However, the same night the fridge started making a loud noise like there was a piece of ice stock in something and couple of days later the fridge stopped working altogether. So, I called Lowe's again to schedule the service. Here is what happened: 1- Service scheduled for 1/28/19. But the owner called and said he cannot send anyone since all his technicians are on vacation next week. When I told him why did he not tell Lowe's about this when they confirmed the schedule he became very rude and said talk to Lowe's and disconnected. I then talked to Lowe's which then scheduled a service with another company. However, on Monday the 28th the technician from Residential showed up. When we told him why they told us you are on vacation, he said he had no idea. 2- He said the main board is faulty and had to order the board. He then ordered the board and On Thursday the owner called me while I was out of town. He said technician can come tomorrow to replace the part. I told him I was out of town and will return next Tuesday and asked if he can schedule next Tuesday. He said not my technician will be on vacation next week and can't come till the week after. He used this excuse again. I said OK then schedule it for the week after when he comes back from vacation. 3- After agreeing to the following Monday schedule, few hours later he called and said since the scheduled service is far out due to contractual agreement with Lowe's he had to return the board and order it gain which is going to further delay the service. Again when I tried to talk to him and see what we can do, he was very rude and when I told him this service is terrible and I will write a bad review for his company he said "I'm documenting the threat" and hung up. I then called Low's to see if they can send another company. They scheduled again with another company for 2/6. 4- On February 6 in the morning, the technician from the Residential showed up with the board to replace. When my wife told him the owner told us you are on vacation, again he said there was no such a thing and didn't know why the owner kept telling us he was on vacation. 5- The board that was replaced didn't fix the problem. Called Lowe's which scheduled service again. But then later I received a call from the owner again saying the problem with the fridge is something they cannot repair and have to call Lowe's for further assistance. It is clear that the owner has absolutely no idea how to run a business and no wonder the company has some many bad reviews. Avoid dealing with this company and his rude owner.
