I had to take my car in because it was overheating - it was leaking antifreeze all over the place. I was afraid the radiator was really busted and was freaking out about having to spend a huge amount of money to get the problem fixed. I took it in, left it there for about an hour and half, then Richard gave me a call. It ended up just being a clamp that needed tightened around one of the tubes. When I asked him how much it would cost he told me not to worry about it. It may not have been much work tightening it, but I still expected some kind of fee, but that wasn't the case. Richard is just a very honest and good person. If you ever have troubles with your car I would HIGHLY recommend going to his shop.
Simply put, they figured out what was wrong with my car there very fast and fixed it for nothing.
