Attempting to Escape on Repayment of an Outstanding Loan

Rick Maisel was a trusted friend whom I had known for many years. When he came to me and asked me to loan him money so that he could finish his mini-robot assistant and his acrylic tank for use in his Escape Act, I hesitated, but with absolute reassurance given by Rick that he would make good on the repayment of the loan, I did loan him the funds he needed to complete these projects. This loan was made in 1995. I have asked Rick for repayment on several occasions, but to date 2015, he has not repaid a dime of the amount he borrowed. He has avoided any contact and won't respond to my many and varied efforts of communication. I have decided that Rick has no conscience! He knows how to get in touch with me, he knows my family, as I know his. And yet he avoids my requests for repayment! Shame on you Rick Maisel! Shame, Shame, Shame on you! You have disgraced your family's good name and reputation with this. Its time you made this right! Take care of this debt and repay what was borrowed!
