Mr. Tucker performed a survey on a vacant lot (less than 1 acre) that I own. His billing for this service was more than 3 times the "Normal and Customary" rate that I had been advised to expect by Real Estate professionals in the area. Our Real Estate Agent has talked with Mr. Tucker about the invoice but has not been able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
After more than 7 months I do not have a survey and am still trying to resolve this issue with Mr. Tucker.
