Terrible business, NEVER do business with.

I ordered a amp from SCA Car Audio. Almost a month later, I went to their website to see where my merchandise was only to find out that they put the order on "waiting to be filled" status, even though at the time of ordered it was "in stock". I was never notified about my ordered status. I emailed them only to be ignored and I called them only to get a constant busy signal. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and they contacted SCA Car Audio and SCA Car Audio never responded to the BBB. I am still waiting for my refund of $572.98 which I don't think I will ever get back.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SCA CAR AUDIO. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY BAMBOOZLE ME.
I would give them negative stars if it would let me.
