32 days and still have not recieved my belongings.

We contracted with Safe Safe ship who brokered us with a mover called Top Notch movers. They told us it was one of their best movers, come delivery time we learn they have since ended their business relationship because top notch is incredibly unresponsive. They say they have a 3 strikes rule for their carriers. This is not comforting, it appears they simply do not vet the carriers beyond that then. We are stuck communication only through Safe ship now, and it has been 32 days since we reached out with the delivery and over 2 weeks since our move in date. We were given a delivery window of 5-9 days 12 days ago, and keep being told later an later dates to expect responses, our possessions, a more accurate delivery price, etc. I just want this to be over with, and have my possessions returned
