Safetrans left my child alone and waiting on the street without notification

Safetrans has a contract with San Jose to assist with busses for children.
Today this company left my child on the road waiting I wasn't notified until almost a half hour after the scheduled pickup. During this conversation the caller couldn't keep track of his own lies for excuses. Then 55 minutes after another(?) bus driver contacts us with more excuses.
Putting a Child at risk is unacceptable.
Lying to the parents is unacceptable.
Todays driver should be terminated, no driver should be ok to leave a child (in this case a disabled child) on the street waiting.
Simply disgusting
