I have ordered three in past year 1/2 with no problems - received my order in 3 days (I happen to live in the same county as their warehouse).
However, I placed an order 5 days ago, and it has not arrived, my 5 emails have been ignored, my 3 phone calls not returned, and now their answer machine states it is after business hours when it is within their 10am - 3pm workday window. What bothers me most is my unreturned emails and calls - there is no excuse for that. I will never order from them again.
