I don't know anyone who would give this company 3 stars, maybe they were paid. My problem is the way they renewed my contract. First of all I submitted a cancellation notice on July 3, 2013, which was ignored under the guise of they didn't receive it. Then in 2017 I'm told I signed a new contract. First of all I was under strong medicine from surgery and couldn't tell you what my name was let alone sign a new contract that wasn't even due. I guess the company needed my $36 a month to survive.
They of course will not let me out of the contract unless I paid the 5 years on this contract. If they would have looked at my account they would have seen that I hadn't turned on the system since 2013 and I still haven't. Since I made a fuss about this company, in January2018 they started sending me emails that I didn't turn my unit on one time a week. I called Customer Service today, as usual they were busy (probably
complaints) so I left my number for call back. Yes you guessed it no one returned my call. If you haven't contracted with this company yet don't until you read what hundreds have to say.
