Worst Insurance company they steal money!

I Call to get insured, but then I found a better deal with a family member of mine with another insurance company, so to cancel they told me to follow a process so I would get my initial money back, I follow the process "wrote a quick brief statement" to as in why I wanted to cancel, all before the 24hours I called to get insured. I did it all in the process of 19hours.
They lied they ended up saying a week later that the statement I wrote was only for canceling the future month to month payments nothing to do with the initial payment even thou it was before 24hours.
