SENSA ???WHAT A SCAM!!!!

I ordered sensa 3/1/2012 it was delivered to my house with the package all damaged. Once I opened the product the 1st month had already been opened and it appeared to be used the plastic protective wrapper was missing. I tried to contact them on a number of occasions via phone only to be put on hold for forever, when I contacted then via web chat they would diconnect the chat before giving me the RMA number and address so finally I got the information and had to print the chat discussion off to ensure that I had the information correct because the window would dissapear witht the information. I realized that the information was not being sent to my email address and inquired about that I had inadvertently mistyped the address I asked the online representative to correct that in the files she/he typed back that they were unable to and disconnected the chat. WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!! Lastly, I returned the product within the specified time frame and still have not gotten my full refund. LOW LIFE CROOKS!! I want my refund/give me my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!
