How do you stop them?

After having my first child I wanted to try anything to help get the weight off, diet and exercise weren't working and I was hopeless. I took a chance and tried SENSA hoping it was my answer...I was wrong. It didn't do anything except make my non-salty food taste (and smell) nasty. I just found out we are having our second child and obviously I can't be on it. I'm willing to suck up being scammed for the 89 dollars they failed to mention if they will just take me off of their billing and mailing list..too bad I can't find out how anywhere. Please tell me someone knows how?
