I used the test simulator as my main study guide. I took the quizzes reviewed them then retook the next day. Worked my way through them all in this manner over two weeks. I also read the book THE CALIFORNIA PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR: MANAGING AN INVESTIGATION AGENCY. Between the information from the book and practice quizzes and using solid multiple choice question testing techniques I passed the first time I took the test. This was money very well spent!
