This is one of the worth shuttle company you can get.
I'm traveling a lot and transportation cost to LAX is very important.
Also even more important is reliability and trustworthy of the company.
Reliability this company is NOT.
1.Couple of month ago I was waiting outside my home in HB for 15min. and only after that I received a call from them about broken van and there are no substitute was provided. I almost missed my plane.
2. 3 weeks ago I was coming internationally and made a reservation for 1am for an executive car (by the way the price for this service no less then any other co)
I was waiting for an hour and never get a pick up. no call, no text.
I called them next day and many times after to get my refund and I'm still waiting. They are saying that they have a problem with a system.
Today I'm filing small claim to get refund.
Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this Co.
