Let me first say this I wish I had found this website sooner! I tried their free trial, and went to cancel it, and it said I had to call. THEY DON'T ANSWER! SO I went in and was like ok the basic account is not too bad 17 bucks a month to get my score. They charged me 30! Now here they are again charging me the right amount now 17 10 days before they are supposed too, and they still do not answer their phone. I can't even take my credit card off file from them. I do NOT suggest doing business with them!

Right now the hold time for customer service is less 5 minutes. Also, at anytime a caller can press 1 to leave a voicemail message. You will receive a call back within 24 hours.
