I had the worst experience ever with my recent order from SONIC ELECTRONICS. I placed an order on 3/28, which I waited two weeks to receive the wrong part. My installer charged me $120 for installation that he could not complete. So I immediately called your customer service and spoke to Will (William). It must have been his first day, or he clearly needs more training. Will clearly verbalizes to me that the part is being considered "missing" and that he will comp the whole order in hopes to as you say, rectify the negative experience. So I wait three more weeks to get the part I ordered. Then I have to call in again for my credit that your rep Will promised, and spoke to Christian, who basically laughs in my face at how stupid I am for expecting your customer service to do what they promised. Christian told me that he would listened to the call and I misinterpreted Wills promise, and I should pound sand. So to make a long story short, here's something you may not think is so cute, I also have the calls recorded, and I'm going to play it to my credit card company and see if they agree with your idea of misinterpretation over what your rep Will promised. Furthermore I'm going to tell this story on the internet by posting the recorded calls for everyone to hear how I was treated and what terrible experience I had. The internet posts will also be full of facts and venom stating exactly what you don't want your customers to hear. SONIC ELECTRONICS doesn't do what it states in writing. SONIC ELECTRONIC has the worst customer service around. SONIC ELECTRONICS can't get my order correct over 6 weeks time. What an absolute joke. Everything you state with your websites and email blasts is a total misrepresentation and I can't wait to tell the whole world how SONIC ELECTRONICS is a total lie.
