I am reposting this from what I posted on yelp.com. We used this comapny to get the airport both to and from our honeymoon. On the way there we went away from the aiport to pick up another person. We live 15 minutes from the airport and figured we would be last on the pick up schedule but we were first. Lucikly the secruity line was low and only took 20 minutes to get through. We like to have breakfast at the airport and almost went onto a 5 hour flight starving! The driver broke severval laws, inlcuding talking on his cell phone. He got lost on the way!
The ride home was worse. We had to call to confirm that we actually had a ride home. They had no idea where our airline was at. Hawaiian airlines has always been in terminal A at San Jose Airport. They argued that it was moved to terminal B and wanted us to walk there! After conviencing them no, we were told to meet the driver in the garage at the door to door shuttle stop. Our driver went to the courtsey stop not once, not twice, but three times! the third time we were running to catch him, but he pulled away. Finally another door to door driver from a different company flagged him down for us. Then he was driving 40 mph in a 20 mph airport zone and hit a speed bump in which everything went flying! We got home over an hour later! BTW, we were this driver's first customers.
The next morning I realized that my cell phone must have fallen out of my pocket when we hit that speed bump. Not having a home phone, I had to wait until my husband got home from work to call them. He asked if they could retrieve my phone from the van. It was convient that the driver we had just happened to be in the office, and no cell phone was turned in. When asked if they could go and look, my husband was told that if we had called that night we lost it, then they could help us. Luckily I have insurance, but stil have to pay the fees.
Although both drivers were friendly, we will be using a diferent company.
