I made an appointment for a technician to check the pilot light on the new heater I put in and I waited near both doors to my home for 5 hours and no one showed. This is the second time we have had the tech not show and yet they say they come.

The gas company requests you to do regular service on appliances and yet they don't follow through. I wasted a whole vacation day and they want me to take another day to wait for a no show person.

They should either let their service people use a cell phone so they could call and see that a person is home, which I was or leave a tag that they were there. I checked both doors all day long looking for them and sometimes left the doors open so they could see I was home. When I called to find out what happened all they could do was say we will reschedule...why? for me to waste another day?

So, if there is a problem at my home with a leak or someone dies because of carbon monixide poisening I hope someone reads this and realize who was at fault. The Gas Company. I wish there were other options for gas.
