I do not believe this is a real company. I think they must just go to all of the home shows and collect down-payments. Once you have paid them, you will never hear from them again. Try calling their phone number today. Try calling 10 times during the day for a week. All you will get is a message and they will never call you back. I have tried email, phone messages, and fax. They called me back a couple of times and apologized and made new promises, and then I never heard back. I have been going back and forth for five months now. They even promised to deliver the BBQ this week, and then never showed up; and then the owwner called and apologized and said they hadn't even started to build it yet!!
