Richard and his Southwest Regency Homes team designed and installed a new patio cover on our Four Hills home. The work was completed in just over a day, and we were quite pleased. The first heavy rains occurred within a week and guess what - no leaks! Didn't really matter, though, as Richard guarantees his work for a year.
The team cleans up, sweeps up all debris, even employ a magnetic device to retrieve any loose nails from the grass area. Excellent!
