I agree with the other review, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I had called on a Monday for a Friday cleaning, removed all my furniture from 2 rooms, waited for my 9-10 am appt. about 10:00 I called and asked if I was still scheduled and Stephannie said yes, the tech is running late and that she would call me with an up date ... still waiting ... So i decided to call several more times with only getting voice mail - WOW their not even answering their phones now ...
I called a local carpet cleaner, they were here within the hour did a fantastic job. I guess I should thank Steam Bay AKA; DRY BUILDING AT 408-270-8794 for not showing up because I now found a local great reliable carpet company for future cleanings.
