i received a document with my loan information on it. after i sent them the money for collteral on my loan i was supposed get my loan within 24hrs. well the next day i get a call from david ward asking for more money and when i said no just give me my money back he told me i couldn't get it back until january 11, 2010. i closed my account with the fear of them taking more money out of my account. the money i sent them was my car note and other bills money. i was under the impression that i was gone get my money back the next day. i had to go pawn my kids stuff and take some christmas presents back because of this sitution. i have tried to contact mr. kevin burk the person who gave me the information on the loan he said he didnt know what was going on that he would call me back. he never called and when i tried to contact him serveral times i didnt get a response nor did he ever call me back. then i started calling mr. david ward and got the same response nothing. i then google their name and found that they have did several customers like this. i am a single mother of 3 small kids and i cant afford to throw away 700 dollars.
