I have lived and worked with Sundale for years and attended several board meetings to make sure my concerns are addressed. The company is very receptive to things that may need to be changes and addressed. Also if you have a forgetful moment and forget to pay your water bill on time, once in a while, then you can talk to the office staff to get your late charge removed. The company is exceptionally well run. Also how can you beat 40k gallons of water for only $65 a month? The system is well maintained with the state code of fire hydrants being positioned where they should be. Most of the bigger water districts do not even have fire hydrants up to state code. It makes a huge impact on you homeowners insurance helping out greatly. All and all dang good value for the price.
