This company has very POOR QUALITY ASSURANCE. MY SCOOTER ARRIVED 3
DAYS LATER THAN PROMISED AND THE BRAKE CALIPER FELL OFF THE BIKE WHILE RIDING IT LESS THAN NINE MILES! DON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO GET ANY REASONABLE ASSISTANCE FROM THEIR PARTS DEPARTMENT....IT IS USELESS! in addition to that their Billing department is also a true delight to deal with...NOT!! I can go on AND ON about my, sorry to say, bad experiences with Sunny Sports, aka Scooter Depot, aka Happy Sports, aka NOW New Star Marketing Group... Please clean up your act and treat your customers decently like any GOOD BUSINESS SHOULD!
