BEWARE. I agree with the previous reviewer that they are scam artists. By dropping names of employees (which they had apparently called to get at some earlier time), they tricked a new employee to responding "yes" when she was asked if she needed toner. We received a call requesting payment before the invoice arrived. The one they faxed over was for four times what we would ordinarily pay for that particular toner. When I called Supply Maintenance about the ridiculous price, they said that the invoice was for a "carton" of four toner cartridges. Kerry said that the other 3 were back ordered. Of course, nothing on the invoice indicated that. I asked where I could check the pricing and confirm what she said and she said that would not be possible as their "website is under construction." Anyway, she did agree to take back the toner and arrange for UPS to pick it up, so we'll see if that actually happens.
