I'm also an actor who was represented by Sylvia Ferguson and had money stolen from me by this agency!! In February of this year I received a W2 in the mail for $6,500 and had no idea what it was for. I called the company that sent me the W2 and they told me that it was for residuals from a commercial I shot in November, 2009 and that SFA Talent had been sent all of my residual checks by March, 2010. Sylvia and Terrell Ferguson never let me know that I had residuals coming to me and they kept all of my money. I have copies of all the checks that were sent to SFA Talent with my name on them! I too, had to pay taxes on money I never received!! Sylvia Ferguson has not responded to any of my calls or emails...of course she wouldn't, she's on the run. I recently tried to serve her my labor board claim and found out that she is no longer at the Universal City address and there was no forwarding address. There are so many more reputable and trustworthy agencies in town, and Sylvia Ferguson and SFA Talent ARE NOT one of them!! I'd be interested in getting in contact with anyone regarding this matter.
