I wasted a year with sfa . They had NO auditions for me the first 3months...during which i had booked 5 gigs. one of them, they got paid for bc it was a comm/print and in the contract.
They didnt deserver a penny!! They give this BS orientation where they are "acting" like they are gonna send you out alot and so forth.
Plus they pulled that deadline photographer bs with me too, then it was." oh you know how actors are" when i wanted to leave bc of it. They have a "3 strike" rule, well they struck out with me 3x in a row when I fired her. She was just dumbfounded and had NOTHING to say back.
btw, I FIRED HER on a Fri, then the following tues I get an email from allience, and then the following tuesday after that , an email from.... the one and only.. that zunuck guy you all say is a fraud. I didnt bother with him, but i did go to the Saturday auditions this "allience" thing has, and yes...its a shady vibe with a poster or two of movies to make it look like someone who does something with acting works here.
I'm really happy about seeing these reviews bc I've been acting for a year. If i had just sat and waited for audions from sfa, I wouldnt have a resume with TV, Film credits...not to mention work that I got and they got paid for bc of the contract. so yes BE CAREFULL.
