The 3 men crew overlooked a shut-off valve that already existed, now the company refuses responsibility.

If the job is not done properly and there is an issue, you're on your own. I had shut-off valves and faucets replaced. One of the faucets already had an updated shut- off valve, which was overlooked by the 3 person work team. The solder did not hold and the joint leak was not discovered for a month, causing tiles to separate from the concrete floor.
Upon inspection, T.P. Howard Plumbing took responsibility and turned the case over to their insurance company. Because the tiles are asbestos, insurance does not cover removal. Now T P. Howard Plumbing is taking no responsibility, plus they refuse to reimburse me for a shut-off valve that was not needed.
I contacted the BBB to resolve this in civil manner, however they are unwilling to do so
