The company did not provide the services (Elmo character) they were supposed to and ended up leaving my child very disappointed at her birthday party. I would not recommend even attempting to use their services in the future, as my previous attempt left my child upset at her party. In my opinion, when a company is in business providing services for children, they should make the child a priority and be enthusiastic in providing these services. The other 2 vendors I used that day provided great service. TNT entertainment was extremely unprofessional, in my experience, and it is unfortunate, in my opinion, that companies like these exist, especially in the realm of children's entertainment.
